Miyavi POV.

Look up, look up, look up I chanted in my head, silently begging the brunette to look up at me. He knew I was staring, that much was obvious. His body was stiff, and he was unintentionally ignoring his little blonde friend. My eyes narrowed as the blonde leaned close to his friend, whispering into his ear. Pleasae, just fucking look up.

Suddenly, those eyes, those hypnotizing warm brown eyes lifted from the desk and over to me. Then all at once, they were back on the desk again. I was almost frustrated, but not ready to give up just yet as I saw his face flush. He looked so cute with a red face.

With all of the rumors going around about me lately, I doubted he would even want to speak to me, let alone let me ask him out. But I still had to try. I went up to his locker after class, having every intention of asking him out. He ran away though, doing exactly what I'd thought he would do. He was too afraid of me and my reputation.

"Awww, did Miku-chan just run from you, Miya-san?" A mock-sympathetic voice came from behind me, telling me that my shoot-down hadn't gone unnoticed. Better yet, the person who had witnessed it was an ex of mine, Kai. I glared at Kai, which was usually enough to scare anybody because I had a height advantage. But it had never scared Kai. "How do you have the balls to talk to me?" I growled at him, stepping back and before I knew it, pressing myself against the lockers. Kai had cheated on me the day we'd gotten together, and every day after that until we had finally broke up.

Kai took a step forward, a smirk appearing on his lips. "You're not still mad at me, are you?" He asked, an innocent tone to his voice before a pout became known. He reached a hand out towards me, but I pushed it away, gritting my teeth. "What the fuck do you think?" I snapped.

"Don't play that game with me Myv" Kai said softly, stepping closer. "I know you still want me"

I slapped him, trying to stop myself from shaking. "Still think I want you?" I asked, probably sounding more angry than I really was. I made like I was going to smack him again, satisfied when he flinched, before I walked away.

The next day at lunch, I enlisted my best friend to help me in my situation with Miku. "So Keiyuu-san, what do you think?" I asked after telling him my plan. Keiyuu just stared at me blankly. "Miya-kun, that is so preschool" He replied, the blank look still on his face. I groaned.

It was my plan to make Miku a small note that asked if he would date me, with check boxes for yes and no. But apparently Keiyuu didn't like the idea too much. "Well I already tried to talk to him!" I complained, throwing my hands up into the air dramatically. Keiyuu chuckled softly and shook his head at me. "Don't worry Miya-kun, I have a plan" The smile on his face was convincing enough, making me eager to hear every detail.
